"Had a group dinner here with friends so we got a table inside the cubicle, not noisy. Fresh varieties of seafood, their beef is just simply the best! Sashimi super fresh and scallops are to die for. Ordered salad to balance everything as some of the grilled are somewhat oily and it turned out SO SO good. Desserts are just okay but Matcha and black sesame are the best among all flavors. Nice brownies tooo Price was around RM 107 included tax"

"1st time came to this restaurant, where we heard its always busy and full. Booking is required. There is a choice of a la carte and buffet. For the buffet option there are some dish not available, but available in a la carte menu. You can ask the server or waiter for the option and they will recommend it. The service is good. Friendly and attentive. Food are nice, well cooked. We reached early, so there are ample of parking during weekdays."

"Mitasu Japanese Restaurant truly feels like stepping into Japan. The sashimi is incredibly fresh, with a wide and satisfying selection of sushi and other Japanese dishes. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the experience. The buffet, in particular, is very reasonably priced for the quality and variety offered, and the service is excellent throughout. Booking is recommended as it can get busy. I’m so happy—and honestly proud—to have Mitasu on Old Klang Road as my local go-to Japanese restaurant"

"My first time stepping into Mitasu at Old Klang Road. Food taste great. Service by staffs was wonderful. Restaurant environment is great too. But seating quite limited and space between walking path and table is not in "safety" distance. But it is alright because the food mostly not too hot. Decorations, counter service, beverages, sushi. Fabulous"

"There are hits and misses with the dishes. Shabu shabu was yummy. Sashimi was okay. Beef teppanyaki was tender. Dessert wasn’t very good. It’s great value for buffet style. No dine in time limit so you can eat till the store closes."

Everyone found something they liked, from the sashimi to the cooked dishes. The environment was comfortable and spacious enough for group conversations m. It’s a nice place if you want to bring your team for a casual dinner that still feels a bit special. Just one thing — you really need to make a reservation in advance. The place gets full quickly, especially during dinner hours. But overall, definitely worth coming back for team gatherings or a good buffet night."

"I went visited Mitasu and while the food quality was good, especially the sashimi, the dining experience was not very pleasant due to a few issues. First, the restaurant was extremely packed and the tables were placed very close together. It felt like customers were being squeezed in, which made the dining environment quite uncomfortable. Second, during our first round of orders, several items did not arrive. Even after our second and third rounds of orders were served, some of the dishes from the first round were still missing. We also noticed that one of the dishes we ordered was mistakenly served to the table next to us, even though they had just arrived. Lastly, when we initially asked a waiter to check on our missing food, we were simply told to wait and no follow-up was done. Only after asking another waiter did someone actually go and check on the order. We understand that the restaurant may be busy, but better order management and service response would greatly improve the dining experience. We hope this feedback can help improve the service for future customers."
